As part of Docapost's agile transformation, the Ignition crew collective led the redesign of a Business Unit's HR SaaS software.
The mission involved defining the product strategy, mentoring the future CPO, and transition coaching. Workshops established the vision, strategy and objectives, with a focus on the user and data-centric approach.
The transformation also included alignment with macro-business objectives, structuring of the product department, and implementation of an agile culture. The result: a successful transition and a promising launch of the redesign by 2025.
