Optimizing the VIP Customer Experience

Product manager, Back-end developer, Front-end developer

The development team, made up of a lead dev and back and front-end developers, successfully completed a project aimed at strengthening VIP customer relations.

Using Scrum methodology, the product vision was defined, user needs were gathered, and new online services were deployed, including Adyen's PayByLink, a personalization module, and a notification system.

The results include a significant improvement in the experience, expansion in Japan, and effective communication of new features in Asia and Europe.

I had the pleasure to work with Emmanuelle while she was the Product Owner of the LeCercle website. Her commitment and focus made her play a fundamental role in the product team: Emmanuelle is not afraid to work in different fields (PO, UX/UI, ...) to bring new ideas and improve the overall product. She has brought structure and helped liaise with multiple stakeholders. Her ownership and accountability make her a great asset to any digital team!
