Creation of an automation center

As a full-stack lead developer at Auchan Retail International, I was tasked with developing a process automation center.

Using technologies such as NodeJS (NestJS), Angular, MongoDB, Uipath, Advanced Reframework, Orchestrator, VBA and Chatbot, the automation of administrative and operational tasks has optimized Auchan's international processes.

As Uipath RPA developer, the contribution extended to growing the team from 2 to 10 people, with major involvement in specifying and realizing the needs of business teams.

The collaboration encompassed various Auchan countries, with KPI stakes reaching several million euros. The mission lasted 1 year and 3 months, from May 2021 to July 2022.
