SEO optimization of Prestashop websites
The Blue Birds collective strengthened Prestashop's SEO strategy on 8 sites via semantic and technical audits, with agile actions and a project management methodology.
Improvements have included Core Vitals Web performance optimization, proactive SEO bug management, and the implementation of extended acquisition strategies (Podcasts, Webinars, and YouTube optimization).
Results are measured by KPI monitoring (Ahref, GA, SearchConsole) and the creation of guidelines for evangelizing SEO to employees.
