Veepee calls on a fullstack freelance team: a Collective.work case study

Veepee, a French e-commerce company founded in 2001, enjoyed a fruitful collaboration with our team.

As leader of a team of 8 developers, we worked on several front-end and back-end applications, based on Node/React and their ecosystem. The applications, now responsive, international and scalable, were optimized through the implementation of unit tests, typing and lint. We created a private repository of reusable components and introduced continuous integration/deployment (Docker, Gitlab CI, etc.).

Automated end-to-end testing reinforced stability. In addition to technically evaluating candidates, we presented and evangelized functional programming, initiated new applications, and shared our expertise on VP Voyage's architecture and infrastructure.

Our contribution extended to the creation of inner-source libraries and tools, as well as participation in setting up the in-house "React Academy" training program.
