Manage an ads budget and train internal teams with an expert SEA team

The challenge

Joone is a brand of diapers and baby care products. The brand uses sustainable materials and natural ingredients. Joone also offers flexible subscriptions to make life easier for parents, enabling them to receive quality products for their baby on a regular basis.

Following the departure of its in-house Google Ads account manager, Joone called on Collective to find a freelancer or freelancers to cover the transition period, until a new replacement could be found. Joone's criteria were as follows:

  • Manage a monthly Ads budget of €50k
  • Mastering Google Ads to perfection
  • Challenge current tracking, campaign structure and bidding strategies.

The solution

Collective proposed several candidate collectives to Joone, among which Archipel Marketing stood out. The collective, made up of Michaël and Edouard, has unrivalled experience in paid acquisition on Facebook, LinkedIn and Google, having worked for some of the biggest media agencies in Paris. In addition, the members of the collective had worked for brands very similar to Joone in terms of culture, market and business sector.

The team proposed a precise plan including a strategic audit, content creation, operational deployment and, finally, full reporting on the actions implemented. So it was that Joone chose this crack team.

The impact

After just three days of auditing, which highlighted areas for optimization in terms of processes and budget management, the Archipel collective was able to begin the support mission and deploy a large volume of campaigns with textual and graphic content in record time.

After four months on the job, the collective was able to :

  • reorganize the company's Google Ads account
  • create a budget expenditure matrix to optimize media investment
  • set up a reporting system with automated updates to monitor performance

At the same time, we managed Joone's SEA budget and onboarded a new SEA manager recruited at the end of the assignment.
