Rozo

Combining branding and UX skills to design the website of an institutional player

The challenge

Rozo is a consulting firm specializing in energy efficiency. They called on Collective to imagine, think up and design the website for ADMA, the Académie Des Mobilités Actives. The project was financed by the French government until June 2023, and Rozo wanted to take advantage of this funding to give the website a facelift.
To do this, they needed to work with a team that understood their expectations and with whom they shared a common vision of design. Delivery time was also a key factor in the success of this assignment, and the client expected exemplary responsiveness.
That's how Collective.work came into play, putting Rozo in touch with the Frame-UX collective, which was perfectly suited to their needs.

It was a huge time saver for us, we cut the delivery time in half by working with Frame UX.

The solution

Through Collective.work, the customer chose the Frame-UX collective, which brings together design, UX, UI and branding skills. The scope of the assignment was clearly defined: redesign of ADMA's website with an identity combining modernity and institutional seriousness.
During the assignment, Frame-UX was able to focus on what they do best: design, product vision, and the construction of a clear and limpid site architecture. Rozo took care of the copywriting, and was able to provide the collective with key information about the customer personas the site was aimed at.

After several workshops, the collective was able to develop its action plan, consisting of improved site navigation, a design combining dynamism and professionalism, a high-performance home page in terms of acquisition, and an agile architecture so that Rozo's teams could develop the site autonomously after the assignment.
The collective developed an iterative methodology, working in two-week sprints and validating each key stage with the customer.

Technically, the collective carried out the following actions:

  • Restructuring of ADMA's website architecture with Rozo's team on Figjam.
  • Design of low-fidelity models - UX
  • Creation of guide style on Figma (typography, colors, icons, dropdown, inputs...)
  • Design of high-fidelity mock-ups - Desktop & Mobile UI
  • Delivery of a well-structured Figma file with guidelines for the development team.

The impact

The impact of Frame-UX's work was immediately noted by the Rozo teams: flexibility, responsiveness and time savings compared to a traditional agency. The customer was able to validate the final designs of the new site, consisting of several dozen pages, after only a few weeks on the job. The Rozo team was delighted with this efficient and professional collaboration.
